Hiking trails
There are hiking trails labelled and organised in different parts around our region. Either by themselves or in company, can start your journey and explore the banks of the Kolpa River, flat grassy areas, wine-growing or wooded hills throughout Bela krajina.
Diverse hiking trails will lead you through the Nature Park Lahinja and Nature Park Kolpa. If go an a hike during the summer, you will be able to enjoy a swim in the warmest Slovenian river as well. A remarkable experience is hiking across the hilly terrain, where the people of Bela krajina have for centuries been cultivating their vines.
